Well I got lucky because Zac has been wonderful enough to go sit with Santa, and Cassidy was “OK” with Santa as long she wasn’t on his lap and her big brother was there to protect her, otherwise, we’d probably just have Santa and Jaxon this year.

I do love the pictures I have from last year when Cassidy is sitting with Zac but is still crying. So like MB, those memories will probably stick in my head more than the content pictures.

Katie, the only reason we took him both times was that there was no line. I do live in a small town and it’s not as bad here.

MB, I should have got them to quickly take the photo last year but this year I couldn’t even get Jaxon to let go of my neck.

You just described the past two years of Katie’s visits with Santa. I too was jealous of all the smiling children’s Santa photos and we are hoping for the best next year!

boo did you see my santas pics on my blog? i have a GREAT pic of dh sitting on santas lap then lil charlie sitting on dhs so you are definitaly not alone
