One hour seems like barely and I do mean barely scratching the surface. I think we should have one of these at least once a month. It really would not kill anyone. I know everyone is big on the “inconvenience” but I would like them to think how “inconvenient” it will be if we don’t change and start having mandatory black outs to conserve energy in the future.
