One thing I did with my daughter when she did this was to tell her if she didn’t eat her dinner that she would end up getting it for breakfast the next day and then for lunch and every meal there after. Until she finally realized she wasn’t winning this battle and it was best to eat it for dinner than to get it for breakfast the next day.
