That’s me. Taking a deep breath in, a deep breath out.
Why? Because Nanny, Poppy, Tim and Jaxon have just left the house to go for a bush walk. And left me here…totally alone.
We have a house inspection tomorrow and I need to clean my very messy home.
So Poppy and I are talking in the front yard as Nanny put’s Jaxon in his car seat.
He tell’s me “Don’t worry, we’ll be really careful”
My response??
Be gone. Go. Have fun. TAKE. YOUR. TIME.
Don’t get me wrong. Love the boy, love the husband. Gonna miss ya. But…I can’t tell you how nice it is to be alone in the house and know that Jaxon is in the care of people that love him and care for his safety as much as I do.
The first thing I did? Well I turned the friggin Wiggles off and put MY music on. Really REALLY loud! Then I took my clothes off.
Then I came here, to blog it. Because this doesn’t happen often.
But now I must go vacuum…or have a bath. Or a nanna nap where I know I wont be woken by anybody or anything.
You’d think that would be a tough choice. House work V Time to be Me.
But I have to clean 
I’m jealous the only me time I get is working out!
Well you don’t need to be. I didn’t get “me” time as such…more “clean house time” I cleaned both bathrooms, both toilets, three loads of washing…vacuumed and mopped…cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom. No fun at all!
It never happens here. Nanny and Poppy have been here for 6 days but they leave tomorrow…so it wont happen again for another 6 months!
Work out? What’s that?? HA HA
I only work out so I can get time to myself. We are going to NH towards the end of Feb maybe I will get some me time then.
Ha Ha! I recently started going to the laundromat to get me time! I say to Tim “Oh, bugger…the sheets are still wet. I’ll go and dry them there” and I get to READ MAGAZINES! LOL
Why the home inspection? Moving again soon or just a normal thing?
I think it’s normal. We never had it in Melbourne and up here we either lived in a friends house or Mum’s houses…so we didn’t have it. This is the first real estate agent house we’ve been in for 5 years!
Anyway, they just came and checked out the place and asked us if there was anything they could fix for us. I had a list
All they asked us to do was mow the lawns. Thhat was stupid because they were done like a week and a bit ago and it’s just rained so much here it’s growing so fast!
