More practice. We’re still not getting the look we want, but it’s all about practice. If Jaxon would just sit still for three minutes it would be much easier!

Hummmm…. It looks to me like you may need more light or the subjects need to be closer to the light I don’t know what effect your going for. The one of Tim at the end is a great shot!
I forgot to add maybe in addition to the umbrella light you could use a soft box type lighting from underneath.

I had to shoot Portraits on Sunday, just plain, without extras at 9 o clock in the morning, sun shining bright. Sucks.
But you are right, it’s all about practice. At least you have two willing (well, sort of) Models
