1) a souvenir
Made in China, of course!
2) a fish
I know, it’s only meant to be A fish. But I didn’t know how many can’s of tuna would actually MAKE one fish.
3) a religious building
4) a fire department
5) a manhole cover
This is the only one we could find!
6) a postcard
A post card sent to me by my on line friend Jeannette, from South Africa. Unfortunately, no stamp!
7) water
Can you see the drops splashing back up as they fall in to the water? This was taken at the over flowing weir since we had quite a bit of rain two weeks ago. It’s the first time it’s flowed for about two years so it made us all very happy. The river flooded too.
8 ) a communication device
Without it, how would we know?
9) a Life event
10) a foreign stamp
11) a tree
12) the living space of a non-human
It took me forever to find this birds nest. I was out looking for some ant hill’s…but it was raining and I could see anything on the road. I pulled over and when it stopped raining BAM there it was!
13) a street mirror
The ONLY street mirror in town. It took us a LONG time to find it. That’s me, looking sexy as ever in the reflection!
14) a decoration fixed on a house
Well, it is decorated isn’t it?
15) a foreign flag
16) a fire
I wasn’t game to start a fire just to get a photo. This will have to do!
17) an antenna
Where we get our sometimes crappy TV reception from!
18) a phone booth
19) a “verboten†sign
20) a beach
I saw this dolphin playing in the surf at the local beach just yesterday!!
21) a cityscape
This was in Brisbane from the top floor of the car park at the Royal Children’s Hospital. We’re three hours from the city, I wasn’t making the trip just for one photo!
22) something goofy
Hey, you can’t argue with me here can you?? It is Goofy!
23) something carved
This is my grandmother’s carved box. I don’t know how old it is, but I’ve had it for nearly 15 years so it must be pretty old.
24) an eye
My mother’s childhood doll. Hmm. Let’s see. Mum’s in her 50′s. And she’s had the doll since she was 5 or so. That makes her about 51 years old. I “inherited” her when I got married.
25) something rural
Looking down towards the town, which is just right of this photo.
love all your shots! especially the church and the rain^^
i love the tree…and the church….but i have to admit, that beach is fantastic!!! hope you can drop by mine!
Great fotos…

Boo, I love your photos & your creativity! The doll photo creeps me out just a little. I know I can’t control the mail, but am still sad your stamp is in transit.
So sad about the stamp… I LOVE your communication device! That was VERY clever thinking! And spot on! I think I would have used your house decoration for “something goofy”! LOL! And I love the look of your rural… Nice job!
The souvenir is so cute :D!
And hey, did you buy the store empty for that fish shot?
Did they steal the stamp of that postcard?
That house had me in giggles :D!
Cute beach shot!!
That eye shot is great – but boy is THAT creepy!
And that rural shot is breathtaking, wow!
What a great photographer you are! The fish is genius. Also the communication device. I love the church. Great shot of your friend’s wedding. Love the candles and flags. My two favourites are the rural shot (lovely muted colours) and the house. As for the missing foreign stamp, well it stands to reason that one of us would have a stamp get lost in the post!
Janice.
I liked most about an eye (because I am collecting souvenir dolls ) Goofy Goofy and a beach is so funny, very innovative !
Ach, I wish I were half the photog you are! Lovely and creative images, Boo.
Thanks everyone! Nicole, it was ten cans for ten bucks Lucky, the dog eats tuna! I’m going to put up a couple more of the eye photo shoot. She IS creepy when you take photo’s of her. She looks like the bride of chucky!
Oh and no. The stamp was not stolen. The postcard was sent along inside another package months ago. It has a letter on the back. I threw the package away but not the card And still, my card from the US is not here.
wonderful wonderful shots! I loved the cityscape and the doll…and cracked up at the tunafish and goofy shot! LOL!
What a great Idea I want to go on a photo scavenger hunt!
