This was using no flash and only the lights from the tree.We were trying to do something like this here but ti didn’t really work because Jaxon’s not the sit and pose kind of toddler. Maybe next year.

Christmas lights are fun to play with! My favorite is the one of Jaxon and the one with the presents under the tree (you have a REALLY tall tree btw). And the one where you’re peeping over the garland reminds me of a cat.
I think the one you were trying to recreate used some alternate low light source.
